This class is for students who are current American Red Cross lifeguards and their certification is about to expire. Current certification in Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED is required to participate in the review course. Students must also pass the prescreening lifeguarding requirements to participate in this class. Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED which is valid for 2 years from the course completion date.

An Informed Consent and Release of Liability form must be completed and signed in order to participate in any C.A.T.S. class or program.

Prescreening Requirements

Student must swim a 300 yard continuous swim using either front crawl or breast stroke or a combination of the two strokes.
